Plan on 2 to 4 calendar weeks for standard items, counted from proof approval and cleared payment. Then add the show's receiving window, since advance warehouses often want freight days before setup. Give us an in-hands date 3 to 5 business days before you need it. Some items qualify for rush production, but large displays rarely do.
What artwork do I need for a banner or table throw?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS or .SVG) are best because they scale cleanly to banner size. Photos and raster art must be high resolution at the final printed size, and website images almost never are. Can I get an exact count of giveaways?
Not always. Decoration equipment runs a little over or under, and the industry standard is about 95 to 105 percent of the ordered quantity. You're invoiced only for what ships.
